Attention family and friends:
Even though we will be living in a whole different hemisphere you will still be able to call us on our good ole California home phone number. It just makes me want to hug that Vonage box. Don't ask me how it works. Somehow that little box takes our voices and sends it as a packet over the internet and into the phone.
I HEART VONAGE!
But please, check the nifty clock I just added to my blog so you will know what time it is when you call. I'll be sure to do the same!

I've heard about Vonage-- I guess I need to find out what it's all about!
Fl Girl- If you still have a US address I think you can use it. Of course we haven't set it up yet, but we know someone who was there Dec-Jan and was able to use it no problem. It will be nice to keep our local CA phone number. I hope it encourages people to call often!
By often, do you mean everyday???
Yes, Kathy!
We had the same kind of thing when we lived in Sydney. What I could suggest is check if there is an online concierge to silence calls between certain hours. We found that though our circle of friends knew when to call, random callers like our bank, our dentist office would ring in the middle of the night.
